Escrow is how we protect ourselves, but ultimately it should still remain the decision of the buyer as to whether or not they wish to do so. There's nothing stopping you having an FE policy, though many buyers will avoid you for it regardless of how established you are. Remember Tony?

Some people prefer to know whether or not their package is being shipped from a high-risk country, but I'm assuming it will not be forced. From where I'm sitting, it looks like the 8-day rule would apply only if you choose to list your shipping-from location?
