I live in pa near nj and i want to find a local dealer to buy perc 10's from constantly. Is this frowned upon, or is it the dealers choice?

If you both consent to it and consider the fact it could be a sting then go ahead. It's not recommended at all though.

I'm hoping it's either something along the lines of "Is it wise to label the stuff you are selling "EXTRA NICE HEROIN" so the people who buy your Heroin know what they are getting ORRRR "Is it a good idea to ask for your vendors number so you can ring them up and ask them what they are having for dinner this evening". Either of those would not surprise me.

There's no justifiable reason to want to meet in person, full stop.
Personally, one of the good things about us using Tor and Bitcoins here is, it's almost an entry test to weed out the risk taking, security breaking, lazy idiots. Because it requires a bit of research and effort at the beginning, it implies that a persons willing to spend the time and effort to keep to the level of security required by Silk Road, for every ones safety. In other words, not just any old Tom, Dick or Harry is one click from ordering some of the worlds most dangerous drugs (as the media would have you believe), although the odd one does seem to get through from time to time (op?).

I would say, deal with people in person at your own risk.
I would NOT RECOMMEND IT ESPECIALLY IF YOU MEET THE PERSON THROUGH SILK ROAD. It is far better off to just stick to online-only transactions, even if the person happens to live 10 minutes from you. Don't be an idiot. Keep yourself protected and safe.

Dealers are here to stay anonymous. They don't want people bothering them IRL. just go to a pain clinic like everyone else.

I think meeting for small/big deals is a bad idea, especially in this case. I`m not really sure why one would come to SR just to find a local dealer.... I do like meeting new people and documenting though, so I would be willing to meet people. I have nothing on me, so I can`t imagine being arrested/taken-away for no reason. Anyway I don`t think its really smart to meet in person. It would kind of defeat the purpose of coming to SR in the first place..

if anyone wants to meet someone IRL with someone they met on here for a drug deal or any other reason then go for it... just be aware that this is OBVIOUSLY a TERRIBLE idea.

I think it`s more about the fact that people are concerned for the OP (if he`s real) and any potential sellers (like you). It could go wrong either way, and is kinda the reason this website was built... So that you don`t have to run into people to get your gear. Everyone is right, its best not to engage in such deals, I mean you gotta ask yourself, is a few dollar deal really worth a set-up?
