Hey guys!
I've been a member for 2 months with 18 successful transactions and close to 500 bitcoins spent. I've recently ordered some good from a legit vendor, but unluckily turned into a scammer on that very day. He didn't send the package like he said he did, which is the same story for many others who have left negative comments on his page.
I have 11 days to finalize, I'm just wondering if there is any way to get this money back before it goes right into the scammers hands? Or at least prevent him from getting it, even if I don't get it back.
Thanks guys :)

You can open a resolution. that's the only way to get your money back unless a vendor cancels your order. i would wait a few more days before calling wolf though.
-
And whoooom is the seller may I ask?
-
as long as you didn't FE it is almost impossible to lose your money unless you 'allow' the transaction to auto-finalize.
In order to get paid the vendor will have to supply some sort of proof that the order was shipped such as tracking info.
Your fine dude... so far you have done everything right.
Good Luck!!

Ah sweet! Great news.
So what's the next step? Contact admin?
-
msg Limitless the vendors name first and he can check the guy out real quick before you escalate it...
-
Yeah PM me his name and let me check them over for you. I can spot a bastard a mile off.

Just put it straight into resolution now dude.
From there just write up your case and after a few days an admin steps in.
It will take a bit of time (like just under a week) to ultimately get your funds back, just be patient.
The admins are just busy, they will get to it eventually.
I had to go through my first resolution process with the same vendor.
I think it was a impromptu bail scam (as there were no FE demands in his last active weeks).
let me know if you have any other questions about this mate :)
