In practice probably so.. but if someone offered one of their OWN Kidneys for sale.. how would this be unethical given DPR's avowed libertarian/agorist stance? This would be "black market organs".. since pretty much any organ transfer that is other than a gift is illegal in the U.S.S.A.

.... yea they are- GHB buddy its quite prevalent on here- a lot of people use it recreationally too- but it can be used as roofies. I haven't heard of hitmen- altho i have seen it on other sites (more than likely a sscam, who knows)- also I doubt anthrax and shit like that is allowed~

That's a bit shit. It seems to me that I can sell an armoured van here that could be used to ram-raid a bank to sell proper legal tender, I may as well sell non-legal tender as well. Such is life I guess.

What about "novelty replica money" with the expressed instructions that it is not to be used to buy anything and has no legal value. Like if you really really liked this one particular hundred dollar bill you had, so you replicated it to preserve the memory of it but spent the real thing right after.
