hello! does anyone would be interested in buying anonymous prepaid VISA cards? you could withdraw in ATMs everywhere where is VISA logo, shop online, in POS terminals.
my cut would be 3-5% of transaction. and in a couple of days you'll have plastic VISA in your mailbox

How much is the daily/weekly/monthly limit on the cards?

min. amount would be 1500usd.
alternatively i could sell just an empty card for about 80-100usd. you can load it with iban/wire transfer.
max amount on card -4000usd
daily atm withdrawal- 200usd
atm withdraw costs - about 3usd
cards are completely anonymous and you are the only real owner so no one will block them. use them till they're empty

how is this any different than going to wal-mart and buying a pre-paid visa with cash. they're 5 bucks. you can reload them with direct deposit or cash at the vendor.
i guess your limits are higher.

So years ago... as many as 10 there was a prostitution ring down in Florida and the feds had been trying to bust them for the longest but the main people were really smart and kept themselves well shielded from the day to day operations. These people mainly dealt in cash but they knew they were missing out on a lot of money and wanted to get into billing credit cards to increase revenue... low and behold a Co. started advertising in a local escort trade mag. offering credit cards and credit card billing services for adult businesses. Well they jumped in lock stock and barrel and started charging dates to the customers credit cards...
what they didn't know is the credit card billing provider was really the feds. They feds had setup a fake credit card billing company and let the escort owners ring up $100's of thousands in billing before dropping the net and reeling them all in on RICO, Money Laundering and a variety of other state and federal charges...
Just a little true story for you to think about... take from it what you will.

to get walmart card you need reveal your ID - ssn, address
considering you will cashout 4000usd, TOTAL costs to get money from btc to VISA is about 5%. i think it's great price to cash btc out anonymously.

This is a common scam. Somebody get's bulk cashout cards on Talkgold.com and then handles all your money. Eventually they disappear once there is enough money in the account to make it worthwhile then they rescam again.
Kind of like those "NO ID" polish bank cards being peddled everywhere. The guy who owns the cards can easily have them cancelled then go to the bank and withdraw.
Not to mention dangerous using anybody on silk road for real life financial stuff. Welcome to cop and informant time.
If this guy is serious go make posts on Talkgold.com in the debit card section. People will prob call you out as scam right away

my cards comes directly from the bank. they are in unopened bank envelopes. so there is now way i can get any information about each card.
and poland isn't the only country where is possible to buy "no ID" prepaid cards.
and please don't call me scammer!! i'm not even started selling anything! just asking if there is interest. let me take care of establishing my reputation when (if) i'm gonna start selling.

since you are NOT a vendor and you are looking to generate buyer interest you should have posted your msg in the Product Offers section of the forum. This is typically where vendors or aspiring vendors post items they 'may' sell on SR to see if anyone is interested.

Although a lot of these cards are scams not all of them are. Anonymous ATM cards are still the primary way that the vendors I know cash out, everything from pecunix to bitcoin, and I know that the cards work for some of them anyway and have for a long time. A lot of them are also scams though. Also I would avoid buying one on SR and instead look on places that are not directly tied to illegal activity. Also some of them require them to send in photocopies of ID and utility bill, but this is easily forged.

and the problem is that each card has to be sent to different drop. i don't think drug dealers want to spend days photoshoping ID's, then running around town to collect cards, then activate. and those cards would not be anonymous since ssn, photo belongs to some person.
