i posted this in one of his threads about him but i want all of silkroad to see this. he has got to be put to a stop.
so this is my story
yupp.. so i placed an order for 1/4oz of blackberry kush. something went wrong with tor and sent the order in twice. i message time traveler explaining this to him and he messaged me back with
"We canceled one for you. In the future, please be mindful of your actions while submitting orders, we typically process orders separately from messages, as we give them priority, and it is not always the case that we would even see the request before it have already been shipped.
TT."
once i read this my order STILL wasn't canceled. i figured i should give him some more time. check back everyday still not canceled. then something REALLY weird happens.. the order he told me he would cancel was marked "in transit" on a SUNDAY. then after 3 messaged of him not answering i decided to put "CONTACTING SR." in the subject... couple hours later i get a reply saying this was the reasoning.

It was already shipped when i went to cancel it. In the future, consider an order, an order, do not assume they can be canceled.

weird, because it was marked in transit 4 days after the other order which was placed at the SAME time and you had already told me you received the message and was going to cancel it.
however, i would like to add i received my FIRST 1/4oz 10 days after being marked in transit.
the other 1/4oz that i didn't even want and was told was being canceled has not arrived yet and i will be able to resolve it in 8 hours. we shall see if the mail man delivers.
- on a side note... the weed that i did get? SUCKED. it was all dry and nasty i could get better around here.. and it was filled with a lot of shake.. it definitely wasn't blackberry, and i'm PRETTY SURE he uses the same bud for all this "strains"
NOW we are in resolution.. i'll just copy and paste what i write, then his reply which i got after 2 days.
i literally just copied and pasted what i already wrote above( with the story)
he then says this " Simply because we have not hit in transit yet, does not mean that the item has not already physically left our site. When i was able to stop and check for you (which is not a service we normally offer, as we have listed in our profile) I was able to deduce that the item had already physically left where we process orders.
If you didn't want the item, you should have taken your actions seriously in the process of ordering. You might want to note that there is no feature to cancel orders customers have made in the process of the shipping and processing period. It is not our obligation to provide services that we do not have listed or offer, and we make our communications policy entirely clear in our profile. As i wrote to you before, we are under no obligation to cancel orders, especially ones we have already processed, and when i discovered that the physical item had already left in transit I declined to cancel your order, which is fully my right, I am certainly not obligated to take a lost because someone changes their mind or is careless while submitting orders. Please take greater care next time. "
i'll post my response to that in a minute but first..IS HE EVEN SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?? DOES HE EVEN KNOW WHAT ORDER THIS IS??

HELLO! I MESSAGED YOU ABOUT IT..I JUST WANTED ONE ORDER. ONE. my browser loaded TWICE and i explained that and you CONFIRMED IN A MESSAGE it was cancelled. dick. i was NOT careless and i'm PRETTY SURE i take ordering seriously. HENCE WHY I'M SO ANGRY ABOUT THIS. however that's not that point, after it was marked in transit i accepted it and just wanted my weed to get here

ok what are you talking about?? i understood that. even though i was told 4 days before it was marked in transit that it would be canceled?? YOU should not message me and confirm that it will be cancelled. HOWEVER.. i understood it could have been possible misscommunication that's why i messaged you this..

then i didn't get a response to either message.. so i THEN messaged you this which you responded to after i simply threatened i was contacting SR.. since you did infact confirm that my order WAS going to be cancelled, as obviously seen in the message you sent me...saying it.
ANYWAYS.. i don't care about that. like i said in the messages i understood it was miscommunication.. and agreed to rate you 5/5 as long as the package got here. IT HAS NOT GOT HERE. your message doesn't even really make sense pertaining to the situation! the order misscommunication was all said and done with i just wanted the package since i paid for it? it never came? you just keep going on for me to realize i can't cancel orders....okkkk....?"
NO RESPONSE. what i'm guessing is he thought i was a noob( which my account WAS one day old when i ordered however my other one just got hacked) so he thought he could pull one on me... tell me he will cancel the order and i would think "oh ok" and forget about it.... then a few days later he would mark it as in transit and i would either finalize it when i received my other package, or that i would just assume he cancelled it and forget about it because i'm a noob. idk thats my only guess as to why he would do this?? i have yet to be provided with a DCN and tomorrow is sunday so i guess he's SOL with that one. also, if he tries to pull th DCN scam on me like he has done to others ( where he provides a DCN and the package says it got returned) then i know that will be a load of BULL SHIT because i received his other package he sent me, just not this one.... and i didn't even get a chance to enter my address wrong or anything because like i said... my broswer loaded twice sending in 2 orders.
SO THANKS FOR JUST HOLDING MY BTC AND KEEPING IT WARM FOR ME TT. ONE DAY, YOU WILL BE PUT IT A STOP WITH ALL YOUR BULLSHIT. fuckin talking down to me like i'm stupid and don't take ordering seriously or anything yeah whatever. i'm not even mad about my btc being tied about. i'm mad cause he's a dick.

yes you are lucky! see, i was one of those people who trusted his feedback. i then came on to the forum and found all the horror stories and just crossed my fingers and hoped i wasn't one of his victims. didn't work!!

I was thinking the exact same thing. TimeTraveler isn't a scam, but he takes his sweet time, that's for sure. I've never ordered from him but it seems like most people complain thta he takes too long.

He is scamming me as well. How do I get a refund? I paid him a week ago and order is still processing. After seeing more of his reviews I don't think my order will ever come.
I've done business with this guy before in the past (on another site) he's always been a scammer. He often sends product but when he does it's generally shit. He also goes by the name DropScience.
DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. He always has and always will be a scammer.
Anyone who can help me get a refund please let me know. Do I need to contact Silk Road staff?

Sure it's not a scam totally but comes real close.
Some kind heart buyer did a nice job itemizing the damage.
Not only is he late, gives bad service, some of the strains are just complete waste of space bullshit.
We need a buyers union.
I'm starting to believe SR Admin don't give two shits as long as they get a commission.
I hope it's not true, but slowly crazy shit starting to unravel.
They seem powerless to stop it.
Plus I think Mr Dank is right LE is on to us.

so no ones going to question his excuse his browser loaded twice? with pin and addresses needing to be entered and cart would have been emptied first time it seems hard to believe your browser loaded twice. I would bet that its quite impossible.
and then it just happend the item you didnt want didnt show.
if he says he sent the item in resolution you will get 50% refund tops i would think. he certainly has alot more transactions then you.
