I would not fault a vendor for not wanting to do custom orders. I DO custom orders when and if time permits.Custom orders are just another level of customer service that some vendors may not be capable of doing based on order volume or lack of real customer service experience.If the vendor in question is not responding but is reading the messages he may just be one of those vendors that just doesn't have the time... that doesn't excuse him for not telling you 'no' or something at all but it does happen from time to time... From a vendor standpoint the easier you make it for us the more likely it will happen.
