This is more an issue with the vendor than it is with SR... I have had to cancel two transactions so far and both times I msg'd the Buyer first to see if I could sub an item so I did not have to cancel the order and have them lose BTC for no reason.With that said other Vendors who receive far more orders than me per day may not have the time to msg each buyer when product quantity is lower than what was ordered so they may just go ahead and cancel. Personally I feel cancelling before speaking to the Buyer is BS but I can not speak for my fellow vendors... I do however encourage buyers to msg the vendor BEFORE placing the order to see if quantity is available. I know this is pain in the rear but I would have no problem answering this question from a potential buyer. I obviously cannot speak for the other vendors but if a vendor is anti-msging then you may want to look for a new vendor... just my opinion.Thanks!!TJ
