Surprised Mexican cartels don't use drones yet, actually it wouldn't shock me if they already did. I know they use ultralight aircraft's so drones are not much different.

I believe you're able to ask if anyone would be interested in your products before purchasing a vendor account, if I remember correctly ID's and other documents were commonly sold on Silk Road before it was seized.

Yes, there is a $200 refundable bond to be paid if you would like to set up shop here. Vendor accounts will be available again very soon. Since you do not have one you can not conduct any business on the forums, even if you did have a vendor account all transactions must go though the marketplace.

There must be some sort of error that has gone on, as you know due to Sheep Market's demise and BMR announcing they are closing the whole team is busy with verifying vendor accounts and maintence on the site to cope with all the new traffic.
Hang in there and I am sure your problem will get sorted out!
