I did a Google search for you and found this,

Yes, there is a chance that it will be detected. Heroin is usually detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 5 days, after last use.

Sounds like he was phished or he used the same password and pin from a previous site that has been compromised. That is what the two factor log in prevents. Unless someone has your PGP password and access to your keys they won't be able to log in.

Pardon my ignorance, but what does PGP have to do with your log in credentials to Silk Road? Isn't PGP just what you use to encrypt your messages?

Also, an update on the situation, he said he used a completely new username and password for SR2 from any other site he used.

PGP provides your account with a extra layer of security, you have to decrypt a message and paste it into the box provided to enable you to access your account and withdraw your coins. Only the person with your PGP private key can then access your account, everyone should be using it.

Newbie Discussion / Re: FE question
« on: December 12, 2013, 01:05:19 pm »
I placed an order on the 10th of December and can't seem to finalize early.
All the table shows is time, status, total quantity, and description.
The status is "ordered". So do I have to wait for the vendor to change the status for me to be able to release escrow?

Thanks.

Correct, you need them to change the status of the order. But I would advise against finalizing the transaction unless you really trust the vendor.

How would I go about getting support or refund from the recently closed down holland-amnesia. Any assistances?

You'll have to contact support here, http://silkroad6ownowfk.onion/users/support/message

There is a backlog so it may take a few days to receive a reply!

Off Topic / Re: Are there people who make a living gambling at casino's?
« on: December 12, 2013, 02:31:04 am »
Do the ppl from world series poker hang out at casino's and make money that way? Or are there ppl that are that good who can go to a casino on a regular basis, head to the poker tables, and come out ahead a majority of the time?
I am by no means a professional poker player, nor am i any good, (i suck at poker btw) but i went to a casino last nite, put down 100 dollars and walked out from the poker tables with over 1300 in under 3 hours. Everyone at my table just said that it was my bobs distracting them, and thats why i won, but i think i was just getting lucky. Its good thing i quit while i was ahead, who knows what mightve happened if i stayed any longer..
I probably shudnt go back to casino's anymore, this was probably a lucky nite..

People do constantly turn a profit playing poker, obviously poker does have a luck factor in it which causes variance but if you make the correct choices then you will come out on top. For example Phil Ivey has made over $15M playing online and won around 8 1st place titles in live WSOP tournament poker, there is people online who play 15 - 20 tables at once who just play basic ABC poker and make a steady profit. You did obviously get lucky winning 13 buy-ins in 3 hours but you must of did something right.

Silk Road Discussion / Re: Did DPR respond to PM's today???
« on: December 12, 2013, 01:48:23 am »
I was really hoping to get my vendor account activated once he read messages and seen that I had paid fee?? Anyone get any replies from him today?

He has over 1000 PM's in his inbox, he copy and pasted his stats for his PM's. It will take a while.

Customer Support / Re: When to finalize?
« on: December 11, 2013, 10:12:24 pm »
If vendor specify that he don't want buyer to finalize early. Now that my transaction is marked as shipped, should I finalize or wait for the product to arrive first?

You should wait till you receive your package and inspect it to make sure you got what you ordered then go ahead and finalize and leave feedback.

Customer Support / Re: So I'm in MINUS bitcoins somehow?????
« on: December 11, 2013, 07:57:56 pm »
i had no BTC in my account but now somehow I'm minus 0.09?
there's no record of transaction and in the past i couldn't spend if i didn't have enough BTC.

so in short, i haven't lost BTC but now i apparently owe BTC.

what do?

Nothing to worry about, it will fix itself. DPR is fully aware of the issue, as you can see here,

I am aware some users (1%>) are having some issues with depositing or withdrawing their bitcoin, as well as random missing funds which is later re-credited and randomly low account balances. We are aware of the problems and we are looking into it but it is not a high priority issue, funds are not permanently changed or go missing so if this happens please wait a few hours and give the system time to sort itself out as we believe this is the result of expanding our infrastructure and the bitcoin process may be struggling to keep up with all the new deposits and bitcoin activity now that active connections and bitcoin commands have exceeded that of the first market already.

You will not lose any Bitcoin if you decide to deposit more now, it's just a balance glitch. I did hear one user say if you hit the "Search for new deposits." it will correct the balance.

Newbie Discussion / Re: Started a support ticket...
« on: December 11, 2013, 07:44:58 pm »
I opened a support ticket yesterday about having issues with my one of my account pins. Still have not heard anything in response. What is the usual turnaround before someone looks into it?

There will be a delay before you receive a reply due to there being quite a hefty backlog of support tickets, I estimate you will receive a reply in 2-3 days.

Customer Support / Re: Need help with gpg
« on: December 11, 2013, 04:04:23 pm »
Ive got a few questions about gpg, if I sent someone a message do we both have to have each others public key to decode eachothers messages? or could the person I sent it to decode it without having my public key. I just need this clearing up as it is doing my head in, as is setting up pgp I had a nightmare with gpg4win so im now using gpg4usb instead gpg4win was refusing to decode.

No, if you send someone a message then they don't need your key to decrypt it.

Here is a test message,

From the FAQ,

Quote
Delays with bitcoin deposits and withdrawals:-

This issue can happen from time to time, deposits and/or withdrawals become delayed and when this happens the community can become highly anxious.

The first thing you need to do before anything else is check the transaction via the block chain at this address:

[Clearnet Warning]     https://blockchain.info/

If the transaction has received at least 6 confirmations and it has been over 8 hours since you initiated it then you should contact Silk Road admin support via the market site at this link:

http://silkroad6ownowfk.onion/users/support/message

Please be aware that you cannot get support for depot and withdrawal related issues via the forums as forum moderators have no administrator privileges on the market site.
