If the transaction has received at least 6 confirmations and it has been over 8 hours since you initiated it then you should contact Silk Road admin support via the market site at this link:

Then I'll wait a day or two before contacting support since I only asked to cancel this morning. The item hasn't even been marked as shipped which is what I believe has to happen for me to even finalize early. I've changed my mind about a certain order that required FE and I'm contacting the vendor for a refund. Thanks for answering the question and asking. +1

im just wondering if its because all of the maintenance recently... usually always an hr 2 tops or im usually good by 4th confirmation

I have tried the "search for new deposits" several times with no luck, so have messaged support. Sorry if this is a stupid question but what does "close TBB" mean?
