Check to see how many confirmations the transaction has on,

If it has more than 6 confirmations then go ahead and send market support a message.

If you finalized the order then the only thing you can do is just hope the vendor comes though and delivers, hopefully it isn't a huge financial lose for you and maybe you can use this as a learning experience to not finalize transactions in the future.

You should always use PGP, if you're on a Linux or Windows system then I recommend PGP4USB. You can download the client here,
