Click on your balance and then click the "Search for new deposits" button and it will correct your balance. It's a known bug which sometimes displays your account balance as incorrect.

Yes, something has change. Your old account is gone, you'll have to carry on using your new account. Everyone started with a fresh account, this is a whole new forum.

"Finalized" means the funds have been released to the vendor and you're now out of escrow, if the vendor decides to not ship your order there is nothing you can do. You'll have to message the vendor and ask for a status update on your order, in future you shouldn't finalize early.

I'm kind of thick in the head. When I send a message I use your public key to encrypr it correct?
 So when I send a message I should encrypt it with your public key and make certain that my public key is available tp you.
Does this sound correct?
Am I grasping the concept?
Also when creating my public key it aske for a name. Do I use my real name? Do I use my SR handle?

First you'll need to buy some Bitcoin, I highly recommend LocalBitcoins because you're able to easily do a cash deposit into a vendors bank account and once they recieved the funds then you'll have the Bitcoin released into your LocalBitcoins account ready to send though a tumbler into your Silk Road account.

HEllo SR,

There is a vendor out there who is one of the best I have seen.   I order from the guy 2-3 times a week.

His stealth is on and uses triple redundancies.

On my last order, I finalized early, and added in the comments that I was doing it because I knew said vendor was reliable

This vendor is usually quick to talk to me and now he is not responding.

This vendor is vending right now, what should I do with this, do I wait it out?  All of the redundancies were in place, as in, the package was packaged up three times, but it was empty.

Could be a honest mistake and the vendor forgot to put the product in the package, send them a PM and see if you can sort things out. There isn't much else you can do because you finalized the transaction already, hope it works out.
