Hello,

I made an account yesterday and bought a product from someone. But I can't log on anymore because it says my credentials are bad. Now I figured out that my username and password matter and I've a working account.

But I already have a transfer ongoing. So I would like to request to bound the order to this account.

So that I can regain control over the escrow and contact te seller.

Seems to be a phishing link, I suspect either the OP is hacked or has turned rouge.

If I placed an order with a vendor and they can't access their account and so can't ship it, what happens? Do my coins sit there indefinitely or is there a time limit after which the order is automatically cancelled or I can cancel it?

After 4 or 5 days you will see a cancel button appear next to your order, if you click it then coins are reimbursed into your account.

"Sent" means you dropped in the mail and now it is out of your hands. If the package was really sent, it would not matter if I finalized or not, it would still arrive. I will finalize if and when it arrives as per the rules.

Haha thanks for clearing this up Tang, I was getting really confused too.

Can you tell me if there is anyway to reorder discussion posts so that the first one is one page 1 then latest on the last page? Mine is currently the other way round and its might confusing.

At the top of the posts you will see "Last Posts" with a arrow next to it, click it and it will rearrange with the newest posts first.

fur sure but this is something that should be looked into. we can do it over the forums why not the main site? when the dust seteles i hope this is going to be in one of the updates for security. it only sounds senceable in my perspective with recent events doesnt it?

I understand your concern regarding your own person security but please make sure you're using PGP for all PM's you send, also if a vendor isn't using PGP to contact you regarding sensitive information then simply don't reply until they send it in PGP.

Support will reply to your ticket as soon as possible, they receive hundreds of tickets daily. Just try to sit tight and be patient and it will get sorted out.

Slightly change the amount you're trying to withdraw to a little less, for example 0.123 > 0.122 and it should allow you to withdraw. It's a known bug which doesn't let you withdraw the full 100% of your balance.
