Have a good Christmas everyone!

Logic?

Are you referring to this thread?

http://silkroad5v7dywlc.onion/index.php?topic=179.0

If so, then the reason it isn't in the newbie section is because it would just get spammed by people trying to get 50 posts.

In need of a .2 BTC loan (doesnt have to be from one member obviously as its quite a bit to ask for). For anybody willing to contribute, I can have you paid with 50-75% interest on the amount loaned, within 7 days. I will have enough funds to pay anybody willing to throw in back by next Wednesday.

What do I need it for? I'm currently .2BTC away from starting a vendor account, so that I may market my Cocaine, Hydromorph contin pharm powder, methadone hcl powder, and LSD gummies ;)

Silk Road is closed until the 28th, you might as well wait until you have the full amount yourself and save some money.

USPS tracking pretty much sucks.  It will only update maybe twice at not until 2 or 3am.

There has been reports that some packages are not being scanned into the system when they're being moved, I remember one user saying that their package was marked as being delivered that day then ended up being delivered two days later.

1358
What are the chances of SR not even reopening on the 28th?

I don't see any reason why things shouldn't go ahead as scheduled, if there is any delay then I would expect to see a announcement made on the forum.

1359
Anyone?

You'll only know when the site is back on the 28th, I'm sure there are more important features that need to be implemented first.

I'd rather not name the vendor until I know for sure they're selectively scamming.  I have order from the same state many times from other vendors never took over 2 days.  Vendor claims the package didn't make the cut off until thursday then told me "it should be there friday at the latest" then why is it still not here on monday?  I'm worried if SR even does come back up me having no stats I will not even get a refund at all as the vendor will send support a fake tracking.  What do I do :(

I wouldn't lose all hope yet, with the build up to Christmas the mail was extremely overloaded therefore packages were arriving late. If it isn't with you by the time Silk Road is back up (28th) then I would message the vendor again and if they don't reply then go ahead and message support.

Newbie Discussion / Re: How do I do the public key thing?
« on: December 23, 2013, 08:51:57 pm »
Can someone explain quicker on how to do this PGP key thing? thanks

First, you'll need a PGP client. Are you on a Windows or Linux system? If so then I highly recommend PGP4USB, here is the download URL

If you're on a Mac then let me know and I will give you a Mac compatible PGP client.

Seems like the right time, with the market down over Christmas it wouldn't surprise me if the forum receives a large increase in traffic from people looking for updates from various vendors and official announcements from staff.

Newbie Discussion / Re: Minimum Withdraw Limit
« on: December 23, 2013, 07:09:13 pm »
Does anybody happen to know what the minimum withdraw limit is on here? I have just over $30 (dollars) in my account, and would like to withdraw it, however it's saying that I have insufficient funds to process the withdrawal.

Thanks guys.

Try withdrawing 0.001 less than your balance and it should go though just fine, it's a known bug. For example, if you're trying to withdraw 0.0339 try withdraw 0.0338 and it will process.
