I actually think this is the problem, I guess the OP is trying to log in with his forum credentials. You'll need to create a marketplace account, the forum and the marketplace are 2 separate sites.

30 Successful sales
Sales totaling $1500.00

Once you have met the criteria then contact market support and your forum account will be upgraded to vendor status and you'll have access to the Vendor Roundtable.

If I understand correctly, I believe you're referring to using your log in credentials from the old marketplace. Sadly those won't work, you'll have to create a new account.
