Then tried getting an email sent to the email address associated with the account - still no e-mail.

Could someone please help me reset my forum password?
I have the pgp key associated with the account.

This also happened with an account I created to make this post, again, I registered pgp key.

All this on top of being locked out of my marketplace account for over a month - is there any news on password resets for the market site yet?

Chances are the person who is behind this has no real intentions of handing any information over to the police and are only doing it to gain access to Silk Road market accounts to steal funds, they may try extort funds from victims by threatening to hand information over to the police but I highly doubt they will.

I suspect you downloaded a malicious file from the file hosting site "Zippy" which was sent to users via PM by someone impersonating a Silk Road moderator saying you need to update your PGP client.

I recommend you go to the "The Australian Thread" that's where everyone from Australia discusses various vendors and you should be able to find an answer there, you could also check out the "Rumor Mill" board for reviews on vendors,

Click the "Search for new deposits" button and it should correct your balance, you can also completely restart Tor and that should also fix your balance.

After 5 days you'll see a button next to the transaction saying cancel, if you click that then the transaction will be canceled and the funds returned to your Silk Road account.

Indeed, you'll have to wait for support to get back to you as I am unable to do anything on the marketplace side of things. Also, ignore any PM's from people asking for your details as they're just trying to hack your account.
