I've verified that the transaction is on the blockchain and it's confirmed

To get the missing transaction into your wallet:

Click on the wallet in the 'Wallets Wallets' side panel to make it the active wallet.
Go into the 'Tools | Reset Reset Blockchain and Transactions' menu option.
Click on the 'Reset Reset blockchain and transactions' button and let MultiBit sync the blockchain. Just leave MultiBit to work its way through the sync.

You should then see the transaction in your wallet.

Newbie Discussion / Re: Less Bitcoins arrived at SR - WTF?!
« on: January 04, 2014, 06:25:43 pm »
Bitcoin Fog says that the withdraw is completed, but can it actually take longer to arrive -i.e. the full amount?

Thanks guys for helping with my question

What does Blockchain say? Does it show the full amount has been sent to your Silk Road account?

Hi all,

Why oh why has the following happened:

Withdraw  from Bitcoin Fog sum of 0.03603687 to amn SR address.

Sum arrived at SR is: 0.01637687

What the fuck??

Check the address on [Clearnet] www.Blockchain.info and see the amount that has actually been sent to your Silk Road account.

I don't understand why there isn't any info that says that it might take a few days?
Also why is that all similar threads for this issue are being locked?

In this case it is extra frustrating for me. I had payed a bond to a guy named himself sarrge on the forums and he turned out to be a scammer :S ( i have proof of transaction)

In total the bond cost me 1000 usd but sure it will be worthwhile it if eventually my account gets upgraded soon.

Once threads have been resolved they're locked, your account will be upgraded as soon as possible.

1041
I have payed the bond yesterday, after placing the order an error had occurred and the BTC were transferred. Since than nothing happened and i didn't get any respond for verification or auto-message. In the old SR it would upgrade automatically so i don't understand whats happening.

Someone experiencing the same issue here?

Vendor accounts are not automatically upgraded, they're done manually. Please allow 2-3 days for your account to be upgraded.

Customer Support / Re: GPG Two-factor login
« on: January 04, 2014, 04:25:11 pm »
I am having an issue logging into my account with 2-factor..I am new to 2 factor pgp login and I activated it without thinking and I am unable to log back in to turn it off..I have messaged support under another throwaway acct for 2 days because I need to have them turn it off so I can login under my old acct. Anyone have any way to bypass or info on how to get in? I am reading as much as I can and it seems a lot of people have had the same problems. I copy the the pgp message on the login page and paste it to text edit and then try to decrypt but it says no "decryption failed" "no secret key"?? Any help is appreciated..

It sounds like you've copied the wrong PGP key into Silk Road, you'll have to wait for support to get back to you as there is no way to bypass this.

Customer Support / Re: Deposited Coins But they are not appearing
« on: January 04, 2014, 03:49:19 pm »
Can someone tell me how I can see the confirmations on Blockchain please? Thanks!

If you go to [Clearnet] www.Blockchain.info and search the Bitcoin address you used to deposit with you'll see how many confirmations the transaction has.

Resolved.

Why cant i post a topic in the security section?

You'll need to gain 50 posts in the "Newbie Discussion" board before you're able to post in the other boards.

Click the "Search for new deposits" button and it should correct your balance, you can also completely restart Tor and that should work also.

Hi

Due to the massive fluctutaions of bit coin over the last 24 hours my 5 pounds has turned into 100 pounds this morning, last night it was at 60 pounds.

I have tried to buy items but am getting an insufficient funds reading. BUt my account balance does have enough to cover what i would like to buy.

This is very frustrating!!! It seems very unfair, i would like to know why this is hapening when the bit coin price rises, i cant spend it :(

seems like i can only spend money when the price is low.

can anyone explain what is going on please.

You should always make sure you have a little extra to cover any fluctuations, also I highly doubt your 5 turned into 100 within the space of a few hours.

Yeah i know ....but pay 500 USD it's not exacly easy for me.That's why im trying to find other way or make a deal with admins.I really dont want to scam other people.I'm want to be proffesional vendor not scammer.

I'm sorry but there isn't an alternative way to obtain a vendor account, you'll have to pay the bond.

Chances are the person who is behind this has no real intentions of handing any information over to the police is only doing it to gain access to Silk Road market accounts to steal funds, they may try extort funds from victims by threatening to hand information over to the police but I highly doubt they will.

Thanks for this. It calmed me down a bit. I understand the intent is to threaten me to give them money, but theres always a 'what if' doubt. If I would get caught I have no idea could the police use this third party information as a proof to start an investigation.

I advise you to make sure you secure any accounts that may have been compramised (e-mail, banking, etc) and go dark for a while.

You'll need to pay the $500 bond to sell on the marketplace, also I am not entirely sure if there is even a demand for Facebook accounts.
