The quick response is appreciated... but with all do respect with everything going on lately....  when you deposit $4,000 worth of BTC and see nothing for hours... it's quite concerning.

still no record of a withdraw on the blockchain for me, just SR site. hopefully this gets fixed.

This was very helpful on the old SR. Sort by bestselling is fine, but it comes with its cons.
We have almost a 100% rating, but we stopped selling for a week and now our listings are on page 15. Great.

sorry i have posted about this before but the poster who answered my post implied i was lying/deluded,  and now the topic is locked.

the AMOUNT of bit coin, ie the figure at the top of my screen next to order etc is constantly changing every few hours.

in the last few days i have had as low as 0.017 to as high as 0.132 ( approx) . i have neither made a purchase or a deposit but its still changing.

when it gives me a high figure i try and buy as much as possible for my coin but get an insuffcient funds message.

my question is: should my coin balance be changing like this?
 i assume it should be static but its value ( what its worth ) be chaging with the fluctuations.

can someone tell me what is going on and why i cant buy when my coin rises.... it states i have £100 as a balance but i cant even buy anything for £50.

Its driving me nuts! Just to state I am VERY sober this is not my mind playing delightful tricks on me lol

It's a bug which displays your balance incorrectly, if you click the "Search for new deposits" button it will correct your balance. You can also completely restart Tor and it should also correct your balance, you're unable to purchase more than what's in your balance as you don't actually gain any Bitcoin it's just a glitch.

I tried to withdraw funds over 24 hours ago and they haven't showed in the block chain. I see a lot of people are having problems. When will our coins show?! I wish I knew what was going on, I have a lot of money floating out in cyber space and who the heck even knows when itll show or where it even is. Ahhh

Staff is looking into the delays and comparing successful withdraws vs problem ones, your Bitcoin is safe and they wont simply disappear. The mixer has simply been working overtime and may require some transactions to be manually pushed through.

I see, so are you able to see your deposit you made to your Silk Road account in the blockchain? Also how many confirmations does the transaction have?
