No need to be worried my friend, if you look though the customer support section you'll see many threads with the exact same problem as you and everyone received their coins in the end.

Log out and wait 30 minutes then log back in and they should appear, I know this has been the case for other people with the same problem as you.

Been wondering why my orders that I haven't received in 3 weeks haven't autofinalized yet.

Tang, is the feature disabled in order to account for the 5 day break at xmas or is it disabled indefinitely? Thanks.

It's disabled until we launch the new resolution center to stop vendors marking orders as 'Shipped' and then waiting for the orders to finalize and then not sending the package.

6 days ago... I sent another deposit today and that did not show up either... so far down .025 BTC... not good

All transactions show as confirmed

Go to [Clearnet] www.Blockchain.info and search the address you sent your deposits to and see how many confirmations they have.

yes as i got told the site might be shutting down as details were compromised and out of good faith i f.e,

If you've already finalized then the vendor has already received the Bitcoin and has probably withdrawn them, there is nothing we can do.

Support hasn't gone anywhere, they're working though the backlog of tickets. I'm sorry it's taking a while to recieve a reply, they will get back to you as soon as possible.
