I can not for the life of me figure out a way of editing feedback. I'm under the impression that we can't to that here on 2.0, but if at all possible, over the coming days could this be amended?

Personally I've already run into the problem of a very poor typo which lead to my comment basically being the opposite of what I meant. And when reputation is everything here, I would hate for my comment to go misunderstood.
Im sure the ability to edit feedback would be appreciated by more users than just myself.

And yes, I do double check before I post things. But sometimes things slip, it happens to all of us.

I have had a problem since 12-31-2013 and I have created a throwaway account and contacted support and many other members of the SR2.0 community with Zero (0) result. I mistakenly set up 2 factor on my account and logged out. I then tried to log back in and it says that "No secret key present" I have tried many other things I have read and nothing is working. I simply need customer support to turn it off on my account and I am getting no response. I am not sure if this marketplace will shut down as many others have been. I lost 1.10 coins today on flomarket and I am starting to get frustrated with all of these sites. I thought of all of the sites out that the SR2.0 would be the best and I am really starting to wonder. Please someone explain to me how to login with 2 factor like Im 5 or customer support please turn it off on emeraldgemini username please. Thanks

You've pasted the wrong public key into your Silk Road account, are you sure you don't have the private key anywhere on your computer?

If you're unable to find it then you'll just have to wait for support to get back to you, try sending them another message.

I realize some people are going to be worried due to recent events such as Sheep and TorMarket but I want to reassure everyone that your deposits aren't lost they're just slow at being credited to accounts.

I wish there was something posted in the sticky's mentioning this so people aren't just wondering what is going on.

While I have your attention I was wondering when internal user name to user name transfers will be starting again. That was some much easier.

It should hopefully be implemented soon, it was pushed back due to the cold storage issue but that has now been resolved so the new features will hopefully be rolled out this month. I'm sorry you're having to wait so long, if I could personally push transactions though then I would but my hands are tied.

This just happened to me!

Except I made two separate deposits via two different deposit addresses (SR gives you a list of 5) both showed up in my recent transactions list except upon refreshing the page one of the deposits just disappeared!

Like it never happened, except it did, because the transfer was confirmed on blockchain.info, both of them were. So where's the other one gone!?

(Conveniently, it was the larger of the two deposits that disappeared)

I think you misunderstood me. My deposit did show up, but then it promptly disappeared again. I don't know where it's gone. It's not been transferred out of my SR account to somewhere else because there's no record of it. There's not even a record of it arriving (even though there was initially).

So there is some thing to worry about because I've got over $100 just floating about, lost somewhere in cyberspace. It might as well be lost in outer space!

Log out and wait 30 minutes then log back in and they should appear, I know this has been the case for other people with the same problem as you.

This didn't work either.

Alright, well you'll just have to be patient and wait for your deposit to appear in your account. As I said previously, the marketplace has only been online for 3 months so there are still some kinks we're trying to sort out.

I sent a transfer from my sr wallet to another user name sr wallet. The transfer is not showing up in their account or even on the blockchain. The transfer took place well over 2 hours ago.

Please advise, this is a new customer and I am sure he is freaking out.

Hi

I made two deposits today, my first deposit went into my SR wallet with no problems.
however i transferred another amount of BTC to my SR wallet but that has failed to appear in my SR wallet.

According to Blockchain it has finished the confirmation but there is nothing in my SR wallet.

can somebody shed some light on this matter.

it's the first time i I order here
I tried to contact the support but in can't send the message, there is a bug on the page

perhaps a problem with my pgp key ? but I do not know that is a pgp key ???
