I withdrew 0.267 BTC more than 90 hours ago, it's still not arrived - I know everyone's having problems with withdrawals at the moment, but I wanted to check out the number of confirmations associated with my withdrawal.

As far as I understand, I need the transaction ID (or transaction hash) to be able to check it out on the blockchain.

What I'm wondering is how do I find the transaction ID associated with my withdrawal on my silk road account? I go to the account page, but all that's displayed is the address I withdrew it to and not the transaction ID.

Sorry for the noobiness, I'm kind of new here.

Is it possible to change your reviews? Do I need to open a support ticket if not?
I had something that did not arrived, after a couple of weeks of no communication, it seems like the issue should be resolved soon, once it is, I'd like to change the review.

Give us an ETA, something. I don't know for others, but I have been supporting you for a long time, I feel like you just don't care about the users of your website. I know it is not true, but damn it, say something to us !

Acknowledge that this is a real issue (a LOT of threads have been popping out on this matter since mid december, yet you only respond with the "have you typed it correctly" bullshit), and tell us WHEN you will fix this, either for everyone, or on a case by case basis precisely.

I have been having this problem since the end of December, I have posted on the support via another account. Every 2 days I update the support thread, I haven't hear from you since then, and I am unfortunately not alone in this.

Support has a huge backlog to clear (6000+ tickets), you'll receive a reply as soon as possible.

If you finalized the transaction then there is nothing we can do since you've already released the Bitcoin to the vendor.

What exchange rate does SR use. MTgox says i have 350 the site says 300.

MtGox has always been heavily overpriced, there have been times where MtGox was $100+ compared to CoinBase.

If the transaction is still marked as 'Ordered' after 5 days then a cancel button will appear enabling you to get a refund.

this is not right when some of us arnt playing with small transfers and their is us that are playing with 10+ bitcoins and loosing 600+! think about this on my side of the table right now! shit aint cool

I understand that you're going to be frustrated over the delays of deposits but there isn't anything we can do to speed them up at the moment, also in regards to you losing $600 since the value of Bitcoin has dropped. It comes with the territory of using Bitcoin as a currency here on Silk Road, sometimes it rises and sometimes it falls.
