So about 4 hrs ago i sent about .4 BTC to sr and it has had 23 confirmations. I've read the support thing about missing coins and it says 8 confirmations and 8 hrs. Should i tell support?


Also, should i be splitting the bitcoin amounts between the 5 addresses or just alternate everytime i deposit?

I'm sorry for the delay, your deposit will be credited to your account soon. Have you tried clicking the 'Check addresses for new deposits'  button and then restarting Tor?

With all the due respect, and thanks for the prompt advice Tang, but those 0,00000000000011 BTC I left there is all the money my SR wallet will ever see again if this site doesn't get a hard debug

I'm aware that there are bugs that need to be fixed on the marketplace and we're trying to get them resolved as fast as possible, but we also don't want to rush them and risk any of the users funds getting lost / stolen. I'm sorry you're not having a great user experience at the moment, hopefully things improve soon.

Try withdraw 0.0001 less than your actual balance and it should go though just fine, for example if your balance is 0.2034 then withdraw 0.2033.

Maybe the server is just going extremely slow. I send it at 2 o clock and now it's 5. I was wondering if you happen to know how to reset my pin to. I seriously forget about the pin thing before I sent in my money that I would have to create a new ID if I sent my money.

We're aware that deposits are slow at being credited to accounts at the moment but I can assure you that it will reach your account soon. You do not need your pin to purchase items from the marketplace, you only need it to withdraw Bitcoin.
