Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to speed up the process, I know it must be frustrating and I apologize for that but I can assure you that your Bitcoin will eventually be credited to your account.

Here's a thread full of people with the exact same problem you're facing and they all received their deposits after waiting 1-2 days.

I'm afraid you'll have to be patient and wait for them to show up in your account, we did announce that there will be delays in deposits and withdrawals on the 7th January,

Have you tried clicking the 'Check addresses for new deposits' button?

Do you know the deposit address you used? If you do, search it on [Clearnet] www.Blockchain.info and tell me how many confirmations the transaction has.

You'll need to meet the following requirements,

$1500 in sales,
30 Transactions
Vending for 6 weeks.

Once you reach all of the requirements you'll then need to contact marketplace support, you'll also gain access to the Vendor Roundtable which is a board on the forum where vendors can interact.
