You'll need to wait for the vendor to change the order status to 'Shipped' before you're able to finalize early.

Just curious, How does market support verify that the person trying to reset the password is the true owner?

Is anyone else waiting on an account pin reset? I've been waiting 10days. and sent 2-3 messages, not like there is a point in spamming support since they're backed up as it is. Just curious to see if anyone else is waiting on this.

We have to be patient.

In the meantime, I just used all my funds and placed a few orders....  Can't risk leaving my funds sitting there like a duck.

I wish I could use all my funds and place some orders. I can't do that without knowing my pin :/

You don't need your pin to purchase items from the marketplace, only to withdraw funds.

Could you please explain what 'S.L' is? Any funds that were on the marketplace at the time of the seizure is gone, this is a whole new marketplace.

If the vendor doesn't want to use PGP then I recommend you request the vendor to cancel the transaction, maybe it will show them they're losing customers because they're not using PGP!

Withdrawals are disabled while the development team works on speeding up withdrawals and deposits.

UPDATE 2: This deploy failed due to an unforseen conflict with one of our security layers, so we kept everything running as-is. Trying again on Jan 15th, same time window.

We are continuing to make many changes behind the scenes to enable faster deposits and withdrawals. I hope that the site has been loading faster for you today, expect it to continue to increase in performance as we roll out more optimizations this week.

To finish releasing our improved accounting infrastructure, we will need to disable withdrawals from 13:00-14:30 UTC on Jan 15th.
