Hey so I made a deposit a few days ago and then proceeded to make a purchase and everything went through. I had .006 btc left in my account. Well Now it flip flops between .006 and -.031. Its been doing it for 2 or 3 days now. I just made another deposit. I'm hoping there won't be any issue with the balance after it gets deposited, as I would like to make another order today. Any advice or feedback?

You won't lose any funds if you deposit while your account balance is negative, it's just a balance glitch.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if you've already finalized the transaction, in future try to avoid finalizing early because you lose all the protection escrow provides you.

I placed an order on Jan 11 as below shows:

11 Jan 22:XX UTC    ordered    ฿0.1817    
shipping: USPS First Class (with tracking)
purchased from: panoramic (message)

It has been over 5 days (6+) - and I still have no option to cancel. Can this order be cancelled so I can have my BTC returned from escrow?

The user panoramic has not been online since the same day of ordering (6 days), so I have no confidence it will ever ship.

If the transaction is still marked as 'Ordered' then you'll be able to cancel it after 5 days (120 hours), I suspect you haven't waited long enough for the cancel option to appear.

If your order is marked as 'Shipped' then it will not automatically finalize, that feature is disabled until the resolution center is launched.

Hi there yall!

So I currently have an order right now in with 'xanax king' and I actually put in the order on Jan. 07 and he messaged me saying he was currently out of stock and he will be shipping it on a later date.

My question is.. will my order still automatically finalize even if the status is still on "Ordered" and not "Shipped?" or does it have to be marked "Shipped" first before it can be automatically finalize.

Auto-finalize is disabled at the moment, if the transaction is marked as 'Ordered' you're able to cancel the order after 5 days and recieve a refund.

Hi All,

SR1 veteran here.

I sent through 3.0 BTC to the first wallet address listed and after trying to update my balance a bunch of times the addresses changed. No sign of the bitcoins after 20+ confirmations.

A test of the new addresses confirmed the .0007 BTC I sent through within 15 minutes.

Something is wrong here.

The first deposit will eventually be credited to your account, I suspect it's due to the coin mixer that was implemented. It seems large deposits take longer than small deposits at being credited to accounts. I apologize for the delay, I can understand how frustrating it must be for you.

Ok, i just read the unknown bugs. One of them were 'Delayed withdrawals'. Could that be the problem with my BTC?

I don't believe this is the problem, you mentioned you're able to see your transaction in the blockchain? That means the Bitcoin has already left Silk Road, maybe you should send another support ticket to Pandora and see if they will take another look at your account.

Bitcoin deposits are being credited to accounts, unfortunately at the moment there is a delay. If you make a deposit before you go to sleep it should be there in the morning ready to spend.
