It's a known bug, you'll need to withdraw 0.0001 less than your actual balance. For example, if you're trying to withdraw 2.3948 then try 2.3947 and it should successfully process your withdrawal request.

You'll need to wait for the resolution center to be released. Once it's been released you'll then be able to dispute the transaction and receive a full refund, here's a thread from Defcon where you can keep up to date with the latest features that are being released.
