In your previous thread it seems 'Sugarwand' stated that the reship was free and you aren't required to pay,

WE were completly unaware of this thred and it made no difference in our treatment of this customer, they were given a free reship as all of our customers are if there item is lost in the mail. No quibbles, thanks very much!

If you wasn't asked beforehand to pay for the reship then I don't see why they're saying that now.

I'd like to cancel before my order becomes marked as shipped.

I'm not sure of the exact time you placed your order but you should be really close to the 120 hour mark where you're able to cancel the transaction.

A moderator wouldn't have told you that Silk Road is planning to scam users because that simply isn't true, if we was going to scam then we wouldn't have released the Christmas escrow funds which was quite a large amount as you can imagine.

Deposits are slightly delayed at the moment but they're reaching accounts within 2-3 hours so I don't know why your $0.20 deposit is taking so long to be credited to your account, have you searched the test deposit on [Clearnet] www.Blockchain.info ?
