It's asking you to decrypt the PGP message then paste the text into the field provided.

The requirements are,

- Six weeks of vending (Your oldest feedback must be at least 42 days old)
- $1,500 in sales
- At least 30 successful transactions

my vendor account got cancelled due to a glitch in the SR2 system. I have messaged support about this. I will give SR 72 hours to fix this problem and if by then its not resolved i will be gone from SR permanently.

It's a known bug which makes your balance show a negative amount, all you need to do is wait and it should correct itself.

I have a feeling that they're going to resolve this bug, but all of my feedback and listings will vanish. :-(

I bet I'll have to redo my vendor page again too.

I suspect it's because you canceled your vendor bond payment before you met all the requirements for a bond refund.

Thanks for posting this. The vendors that are seeing this do not actually meet the requirements for a bond refund so for those that seeit, please dont hit cancel or your account could be reverted to buyer status.

Unfortunately I can't assist you with your accounts, you'll have to wait for someone with market access to assist you.

Can you tell us how to get ahold of the site mods please. People have lost thousands of dollars, thats their paycheck, that's their livelihood and they need someone to contact them individually so that they have some sense that SR is aware of the issue and the plan to resolve it. I thinks its a little much to ask someone to just wait until someone gets around to it???? That's crap, these people are scared they just lost months of prep, planning, saving, stocking and poof their vendor page along with their money disappears and you want them to just sit, wait and wonder if they are going to be able to pay the mortgage, feed their family's. I know its not your department but can you at least get in contact with the mods over there, or PM the vendors(OTBS and others) with the SR mods contact info. Its not cool...

I personally don't know what the exact problem is, I'm sure someone who does know will make an announcement soon.
