I keep getting an error when trying to contact support, tried numerous times. How else can i do it?

Im looking to cancel an order as the seller appears to have gone awol and it hasnt arrived

I advise you to wait until the resolution center is released, you'll then be able to easily dispute your order and receive a refund.
