Customer Support / Re: Vendor cornetto ignoring emails
« on: January 26, 2014, 07:09:28 pm »
Unfortunately since you've already released the funds to the vendor there's nothing we're able to do to assist you, in future I recommend you stay within the escrow system.

"easily dispute"
what a load of shit.
i have been waiting 3 weeks for a response to my (now 10+) tickets.
market support is a total joke. im missing 1.3btc, noone gives a shit.
so good luck to you, j_galt

I understand how frustrated you must feel and I apologize for that, when the new support system is released it will be much more easier to reply to support tickets so you're problem should get resolved quickly

If you have Bitcoin that are held in escrow then you'll need to wait for the resolution center to be released, you'll then be able to easily dispute your transaction and receive a refund.

The Mods here are training us to be assholes.  I wait patiently, and bump my support/escrow dispute thread once each week, and hear nothing but the wind in my ears as response.  When someone acts like an asshole on this forum, they get a public message asking them to PM a mod for assistance, and their problem is fixed.  I refuse to act like an asshole, so my problem remains unsolved.

True "support" requires a customer service background: the business of customer support, the same as any other job, lies in putting the effort in to prevent small problems becoming larger due to inaction.  Unfortunately "inaction" defines the "support" available on SR2.  I suppose I am lucky, in that I have only experienced this inaction since I first raised my support/escrow issue on January 10; many people on this forum have waited twice as long without help.

I will continue to wait patiently until my escrowed coins are returned, so I expect I will remain at the back of the support queue, until every asshole has been satisfied.

I've tried to find your thread but I couldn't see see it, could you link me to it?

Hux announced that the new support system is nearly ready to be rolled out,

Quote
Support: The support system has been rolled out already although we haven't patched it up yet to sync with your accounts. Moderators and market staff already have access to this support system and are working through your tickets as we speak, you will receive their responses as soon as the dev team green light the live patch. This means the moment we do go live, every support ticket will be answered and there will be little or no backlog anymore.

Hello sasa_koch,

When you search the deposit address you used on [Clearnet] www.Blockchain.info are you able to see your transaction?

Hello Forsaken102,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with customers not finalizing orders, the resolution center should be released soon - once it's released then auto-finalize will be turned on again.

Customer Support / Re: NEW VENDOR HELP
« on: January 25, 2014, 05:17:16 pm »
Hi Allenkumasimeve,

Here's a quote from DoctorClu,

Quote
They are processed in batches so while some may take 24 hours, others can take a week. Just be patient and your account will be upgraded. Use the time to get your product images, listings, profile, prices, etc...all typed up and put together so that once it is processed, you can begin vending straight away.

Hello Zerstiren,

You'll need to contact the vendor and give them your address, I urge you to use PGP encryption when doing so!

Your Silk Road market account has 5 deposit addresses, correct?

Quote
Address 1 - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Address 2 - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Address 3 - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Address 4 - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Address 5 - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You only need to select 1 of the 5, also make sure you don't have any spaces at either side of the Bitcoin address.

ALL day I've been trying to get bitcoins and I finally have I have them in a wallet on block chain , I cannot deposit them to all five addresses it keeps saying invalid address, I even made a new account and tried all five on the other account I made here on SR. I'm pretty much in tears right now every time I go back to my wallet on block chain it keeps going down for some reason someone please help me please I feel so fucking stupid now I used all the money I had. I'm tired of life I'm so fucking tired

You're only suppose to deposit to 1 of the 5 addresses, you don't need to enter all 5 at once.
