Hi paradisel,

You don't need your pin to make a purchase, you only need it to make a withdrawal. I recommend after you have made your purchase to create a new account because you never know when you may need your pin!

Weeks ago this was a problem, deposits tooks forever. Is this really still an issue here? And as usual, I don't have 5 hours to read thorugh a slow responding forum.

Deposits generally take 1-2 hours to be credited to accounts, sometimes it can take a little longer!

Unfortunately that's how the system works, you'll need to wait 5 days to cancel the transaction. Hopefully the vendor cancels the transaction before then, even if they mark the transaction as 'Shipped' your funds will be safe.

After 5 days you'll be able to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund, I recommend you send the vendor another PM requesting them to cancel the order.
