Here's what Stealth suggested to someone in the same predicament as you,

In the message field please put any and all pertinent information to identify you as the owner such as the deposit address you used to fund the account, the amount of btc, any orders, messages, etc.

There's no need to do anything else, I'm not sure how many confirmations Agora requires before your deposit is credited to your account but I suspect it's six.

Do not finalize the transaction, wait until the resolution center is released then dispute it. You can keep up to date with the release of the resolution center here,

You'll have 3 days to dispute the transaction once auto-finalize is enabled again.

There's no need to click anything, if you're able to see the transaction then it will eventually be credited to your Agora account.

From the MultiBit FAQ,
