If you're able to see the transaction then the Bitcoin will be credited to your account.

Hi timmy2time,

Are you able to see your transaction when you search the deposit address on [Clearnet] www.Blockchain.info?

Hi blaze2690,

No need to panic, have you tried clicking the 'Search addresses for new deposits' button then restarting Tor?

Hi onemore,

Withdraw 0.00396442 BTC instead of 0.00396443 BTC and it should go though just fine, it's a known bug.

Try clicking the 'Search addresses for new deposits' button and see if that corrects your balance, the $20 will eventually reappear in your account.

Hi angerods2020,

Check your transaction history, if you can't see any withdrawals or purchases you didn't make then your account hasn't been hacked.

Hi BarakObama,

Here's a thread by Defcon announcing the upcoming release of the dispute center & support interface, I recommend you keep checking this thread over the weekend as it will be updated by Defcon with further information regarding the release of the dispute center (which will be useful to yourself).

http://silkroad5v7dywlc.onion/index.php?topic=22969.msg462079#msg462079

This has been an incredibly busy week for staff.

This weekend we will be releasing the following updates to the marketplace:

1. Auto-finalize will be enabled responsibly - Buyers will have three days to dispute any current unfinalized orders. If the order is undisputed, the order will auto-finalize in three days. For new orders, the autofinalize time will be set to a new formula currently in discussion, which will be based on the vendor's estimated shipping time for the order's shipping method.

2. Support interface - Security hardening has completed on the new support features. We apologize for the delay releasing this, but the issue could not be ignored. Launch details on the support interface will appear in a separate post this weekend.

3. Dispute Center: Messaging - The dispute center will allow for messaging between customer and vendor. The ability to suggest a resolution or to escalate the dispute to support staff will be launched in 3-5 days after this release once further testing is completed.

We are not ready to commit to an exact release time, but all of these features will be deployed before Monday 12:00:00 UTC at latest.

You will see a planned maintenance forum post at least four hours before the downtime. We do not expect the deploy to take more than three hours.

Thank you for your patience, we only release features when they are secure. We realize that this philosophy often causes a collective high blood pressure within our community, but assure you that many of our lovely vendors offer fine remedies for hypertension.

The negative balance bug is being worked on, here's a post from DoctorClu,

Yeah sorry mates. Still something being looked into. It's a very odd bug so every time we think we have the cause nailed down and push a fix to our test environment, it turns out to be something else entirely. It is definitely being worked on though.

I'm not trying to start shit, but this is simply not true. I have been waiting 9 days now, and don't have that button, and have recieved no support. You also stated that the average wait time is 4-5 days, which is also not true according to all the posts of people that have been waiting much longer than that.
Like I said, not starting shit, but please be honest.
I'll continue to wait patiently, because I have no other option. Hopefully all of this talk about "just being behind" is true....

I can assure you that it's true, if it has been 5 days and the status is still 'Ordered' you will see a cancel button. If you don't want to wait any longer then click it and you'll receive the funds back into your market account.
