If the status of the transaction is still 'Ordered' for 5 days then you'll be able to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund, looks like you'll only need to wait 1 more day to cancel the transaction.

You'll need to wait for the dispute center to be released, this will enable you to work out a resolution with the vendor. I can't promise that you'll receive a full refund but you should be able to work something out with the vendor, keep checking this thread for updates on when the dispute center will be released

I'm sorry to hear that you never received your product, if you finalized the transaction then unfortunately there's nothing Silk Road can do to help you. If the funds are still in escrow then you'll need to wait for the dispute center to be released, you'll then be able to dispute the transaction and work out a resolution with the vendor. Keep checking this thread for updates on when the dispute center will be released,

It's due to the amount of deposits / withdrawals Silk Road receives, it can overwhelm the system at times.
