Once the vendor marks the transaction as 'Shipped' they receive the Bitcoins into their account, the finalize button doesn't exist ever since the escrow feature was removed.

I created my account last week just before the unfortunate event, now having replaced lost bitcoins cannot login, problem started about 12 hours ago... Please say I havn't lost my balance twice in one week!!!

Which error message are you getting? Could you also tell me which URL you used to access the marketplace?

The revenue Silk Road generates from future transactions will be used to repay the 'Pending Balances', I can't give you an exact time frame but you will eventually receive those funds back.

I'm not entirely sure what the plan of action is regarding orders that are still in escrow, I can assure you that we won't simply finalize the transaction and release the funds to the vendor, I will let you know when I hear anything.

As a buyer in this scenario, you would not have the ability to cancel the order. Only the vendor could.

Do you mean you finalized it? I am just trying to understand your situation.

It's possible that the order was left for 5 days therefore they was able to cancel the transaction.
