Since you was able to leave feedback I am guessing that you've finalized the transaction? Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do in terms of a refund, I will however keep an eye on their feedback to see if anyone else has not received their products.

The finalize option doesn't exist anymore, once the transaction is marked as 'Shipped' the funds are released to the vendor.

It's because the option to 'Finalize' a transaction has been taken out, you're unable to leave feedback when the status of a transaction is still marked as 'Shipped', we're working on fixing this.
