If you aren't satisfied with the product you received then you'll need to wait for an announcement from Defcon which will explain the process of disputing transactions that are still in escrow. (Assuming you didn't finalize the transaction?)

You'll need to contact BudBoss to resolve your problem with the product you received, since Silk Road doesn't provide escrow there's nothing we can do to recover your funds.

Emerald1's account has indeed been disabled, you'll need to wait for an update from Defcon regarding disputing funds that are still held in escrow. Keep your eye on the 'Silk Road Discussion' board as that's where updates are posted.
