Admin are getting slammed with 500+ messages a day and are unable to resolve some of the common issues due to some development lag in functionality. Hopefully the admin panel will be finished in a few days and admin can get on with the job of customer support in a more timely fashion. We know its been frustrating for some of you and some issues have really left a few people high and dry. I'm looking forward as I am sure the admins are as well to a time when things settle down and the bugs get ironed out, we are getting there though.
