The bottom line right now is SR support are unable to reset pass phrases without being able to verify account owners using a PGP key, as frustrating as that is for you all caught in this situation the admins are unable to do more until there is an upgrade pushed through due in the not to distant future. There are clearly some teething troubles and for those of you who are caught up in this catch 22 scenario your frustration is entirely understandable. I am well aware this post does nothing to resolve your situation either, I just hope this situation is resolved soon for everyone's sake.
