I wish I could tell you the response time westw00d but I do not know the answer. Libertas is working through the support requests as fast as humanly possible whilst attending to other vital admin work. Everyone on staff is acutely aware of the situation and the need to resolve issues, I know that's not the response you want right now but it's the only one I can give i'm afraid. Please do not think this isn't a priority because it is, just hang in there a while longer and I will see if I can get a rough estimate on response wait times ok. Synergy
