I'm not sure at this point in time, I suspect attention will be on getting more functionality in place before they start to fine tune some of the features already implemented, give it time.

Ok so what am I missing? why do people want UK exit nodes?

So they can watch this video... (BBC doesn't allow non-UK connections to view it)

yes you missing my question.lol. my cart total is about $40 higher than my subtotal. subtotal is the price when i added the item, cart total is the current unhedged total. Question: am i required to pay the unhedged total or the price of item when i added to cart (which still displays as subtotal with shipping included)

You will be paying the unhedged total, just adding an item to your cart does not lock in the price, you pay the price at point of sale.

Security / Re: Do you feel Silk Road should integrate other currencies?
« on: November 15, 2013, 03:41:05 pm »
Incorporating other crypto currencies may not only be desirable but essential further down the track, IMHO bitcoins future is far from certain and as it becomes more mainstream the rules and regs will continue to mount up against it making it harder to use anonymously. Governments will be desperate to make it harder for users of bitcoin to source and cash out anonymously, they will also want to control it because that's what they do best, they try and control everything whilst robbing us of our privacy and rights as individuals to live free from coercion and control.

More importantly they will want their slice of the pie, all this money changing hands and the government gets nothing? they just won't stand for it.

We need to diversify looking into the future to constantly evolve and keep ahead of the enemy where at all possible, if we stand still we will be finished.

Please direct your request at Sarge as they are dealing with forum account upgrades to vendor status and given how busy they are they may not see your post here.

what a pathetic mindless sheep they interviewed. the first guy at the very start working in the chicken take away shop. he was like "well yeah it was difficult, having to learn to live on £70 a week. then now i got more money to spend and i can't find anything to spend it on".

what kind of a mug can't find anything to spend his minimum wage fried chicken shop wages on?

some of these people need to be put down for their own and societies own good. this is a perfect example of a sheeple, the fucking greedy fat super rich and politicians fucking love guys like this. if they had their way we'd all be brainwashed like him. what a sad state the human race is becoming. its quite fucking scarey when you think about it. something seriously needs to be done.

Couldn't agree more mate +1

obvious, attempt to brainwash the population is obvious.

"hey everyone. you have it so good when you tow the line and work your ass off for minimum wage in a poxy fried chicken shop. so don't think any more about it and go and work yourself into the grave for £6.21 an hour and be happy, while we get our 5 million a year bonuses on top of all the other millions we have made at your expense or conned out of you with all our dirty little schemes that we have conspired to put into place with our politician friends"

"lol @ you fucking suckers"

“Go back to bed, America. Your government has figured out how it all transpired. Go back to bed, America. Your government is in control again. Here. Here's American Gladiators. Watch this, shut up. Go back to bed, America. Here is American Gladiators. Here is 56 channels of it! Watch these pituitary retards bang their fucking skulls together and congratulate you on living in the land of freedom. Here you go, America! You are free to do what we tell you! You are free to do what we tell you!”

imo twitter is the best source of info.
Also its not just the corporate media, even the BBC is completely biased.

My eyes were only opened after I witnessed an incident with my own eyes, later on that night I saw it being reported on the news, when I saw the spin they put on it it was shockimg. They never outright lied but reported it in such a way that they completely perverted reality. Made me question all the bullshit they used to feed me. They all have an editorial agenda and will report the facts to spin that agenda.

Bastards.

I include the BBC in my catchall 'corporate news media' statement, the days of impartiality are a distant memory, they serve other masters now.

« on: November 14, 2013, 12:06:29 pm »
fuck really, we need just to stay safe using PGP and thats it, i think there's any reliable mail to use, simple as that, encrypt and encrypt everything.

You also need to be mindful of what metadata you are transmitting, it's not just the email content you need to be security conscious about.

That's a great question the last DPR had a formula which I could never decipher - it's at 411 now on SR and that appears high - I guess that a question for the mods or SR Support to address

It should be a pinned topic when answered as - the old SR Wiki appears to be no longer

ce

We are working on rebuilding the wiki resources and updating them accordingly, yet another feature to be released soon.

It is only when you are quite well informed on a subject do you realize just how much bullshit the media puts out there.

+1

So much lies and slander.

You can just see through the cracks of the veil of government control, if you look hard enough.

The sad thing is most people are completely oblivious to this charade, I have little time for the corporate news media machine churning out its propaganda.
