I very much doubt that UKP2014, I respect everyone's right to an opinion but BMR never was and never will be much competition for Silk Road.

I am very grateful for what backopy and BMR did for Silk Road when the old site was seized, they opened up their forums to the Silk Road community and no doubt enjoyed a massive influx in sales revenue.

SR 2.0 is in its infancy and there is much yet to come functionality wise. It should also be noted that BMR's coding is highly questionable and IMO it is only a matter of time before it gets exploited, I would also urge everyone to be extremely cautious using SMP.

I can understand your frustrations in getting verified but as Sarge has said there is a process for good reason, I hope you are able to get everything sorted out soon and vend on Silk Road if that's what you are seeking to do.

Just to back peddle a bit, if I may speak for the crew, we completely understand this statement, and will act accordingly.  I highly doubt this means we will change anything we would normally do, as this is what got us here in the first place.  However, we will remain mindful of our place within this community.  We never really expected anything from the road by doing this.  Only that we have our own little corner on the forum where we can take care of one another.

Thank you for the recognition.  We can promise you this.  We have and will continue to be inspired though everything that happens on SR, and therefore be compelled to contribute in the ways we can.  The point of our involvement was to show our appreciation for being here and for the hard work put forth for that to happen.

No need to backpedal BOS, it was just a necessary distinction that needed to be made as making something a sticky may be construed by some as endorsement by Silk Road, what you guys do is great for the community and the sticky is recognition of that

Ok it was bound to happen, I have broken my sudoers file, I think I fucked it installing version 2 and now I no longer have any valid sudoers sources to be found.

HELP!

This is all virgin territory for me and I should have know better than to go fucking around with Terminal. So what I need to know is how fucked am I am how can I fix this issue?

I have already tried to replace the 'sudoers' file be recreating it but I appear to have a permission issue with saving into the /etc location and as I learn more I realize editing the 'sudoers' file without using sudo visudo is also bad bad bad.

What do I need to do?

I am not sure what is going on with all of these rates people are apparently getting, mine is showing as $577.52 USD which is near as dammit the same as http://preev.com/
