As has been stated several times now you will need to have your account upgraded by DPR, there is a backlog.

Can you estimate how many more days this will take?
I am not privy to the precise details of DPR's current work load and schedule beyond knowing they are absolutely slammed right now with a very high number of requests similar to yours. I know you are frustrated and losing patience and if I were in your situation I would probably be feeling the same way but all I can ask is please try to be patient a little while longer and it will be resolved.
