Are you trying to log in with just your pass phrase or PGP? if its your pass phrase you will probably have to have it reset by submitting a customer support ticket.

I wish I could tell you the response time westw00d but I do not know the answer. Libertas is working through the support requests as fast as humanly possible whilst attending to other vital admin work. Everyone on staff is acutely aware of the situation and the need to resolve issues, I know that's not the response you want right now but it's the only one I can give i'm afraid.
Please do not think this isn't a priority because it is, just hang in there a while longer and I will see if I can get a rough estimate on response wait times ok.

Have you checked the transaction on the blockchain? normally when there are delays is is due to not paying a high enough mining fee and the transaction sits there unverified for several days.

He is hinting at something but not saying exactly what. I was hoping this community was strong and like a family and would give us any information posing a threat, but someone has advised Synergy to not leak the details.

If you have coins on the site, probably best to get them out of there asap. I hope you used PGP.
Slightly liberal interpretation of my words there MrClean but yes I did post a few warnings for people to exercise caution and follow protocol i.e. use PGP and not leave large sums of btc in wallets.
Anyone here know any network penetration experts? if you do ask them to take a look at SMP and you will understand my reasons for posting what I did.
There are no conspiracies here, I thought I had been as clear as I could on the matter. Just exercise caution the same as you should for navigating any market place including this one.

Feedback has not been implemented yet, given the target on our back the dev team have been focused on security and bug fixes over functionality. Having built a site that is bullet proof you can expect to see much more functionality implemented over the coming weeks and months, feedback being one of the main features in urgent need of implementation.
