We do not mean to sound condescending but the vast majority of issues can be resolved quite simply, we also get asked the same questions over and over so out responses probably do come across as somewhat automated at times, its just how it it.

If DPR is the only person who can help I am sure he will get back to you soon, he is just very busy right now.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - NEW FEATURES IMPLEMENTED:

Auto-finalise and auto-cancel were implemented by the development team yesterday

Currently Auto-cancel is set to occur if an order sits unshipped for 4 days, and Auto-finalize occurs at the 15 day point. First orders were 15 days ago, so auto-finalization will begin affecting orders tomorrow.

DPR, Sarge Libertas and more are off having holidays or procrastinating somewhere.

Nothing is getting done here

Drinking in the pool bar no doubt sipping cocktails whilst counting their bitcoins.

You have no idea how wrong you are on all fronts but time will tell.

It's been 7 days and i haven't recieved my deposit with 1k+ confirmations

DPR is ignoring my messages at this point, support can't help.

The site is busy i'm sure, but 7 day backlogs? The coins are here so why aren't they in my wallet

Have you contacted SR support? if not that is the correct procedure for such issues, all support tickets are normally responded to within 24 hours of their submission.

The holiday mode feature is as you probably guessed coming soon. In the interim you may need to change the listing prices to something ridiculously high so no one buys anything.

I've patiently waited for what, 3 days, for withdrawals to open up for me. Finally submitted a message to Support - feigning a need for funds in order to make bills/rent payments by the end of the week. No response...

The admins try to respond to all customer support tickets within 24 hours and I have just seen Libertas post in another thread stating that all messages had been cleared apart from what has come in during the last few hours.

When everyone is bombarding customer support with repeat messages it just slows things down even more.
