Not making it clear from the outset regarding the potential issue with pass phrase resets and the associated of a PGP key was an oversight. Personally I just think that vector wasn't anticipated and it caught a few people out included us.

All I can do is apologize ZBJ, it will get sorted out eventually.

I must have read the post wrong, it was a lot to take in and I though they said they had a pgp key associated with the account.

All I can say is the admin panel will be implemented soon and when it is these issues will get sorted out. Anyone with btc locked up in an account will be understandably frustrated and pissed off but sending repeated messages to support won't resolve the issue as they have been very clear in that their hands are tied just now and abusing them will not change that.

You cannot get direct support for market site issues via the forums due to forum moderators do not having admin privileges on the market site.

If you are having issues with an order you will need to notify SR support via the market site.
