Scammer: SexyRaveXX - PeopleB4Profits - KingJoey - Advanced Logic - SumYunGai - 18kt - Sinnerx - is back in action.
He just attempted to purchase from me.
He was using the user name SexyRaveXX but I found him on the forums here:

Be careful people this one is a real treat.
It would be nice if his accounts on the road were banned but they aren't so here i am.

I just never understood scamming personally, not in real life and not here on the SR. Why anyone would abuse a wonderful system such as this is beyond me. You can reap so many great rewards from this place if you use it respectfully.
I really am sorry you have to deal with these dramatic scammer/buyers and I hate they think they have the right to not only scam sellers but make buyers look bad. Sellers have enough on their plate here on SR without having to screen their customers. Unfortunately, it looks like this will continue to be a small part of the nature of the business.
Just know there are good people who support good SR sellers and what they have to deal with. I think it's great publicly labeling him like this, I hope other sellers are just as alert so these scammers don't actually get to scam anyone again.

Alert an Admin when it comes to scammers, by using the Contact Us link, PM'ing DPR or myself. That's only way to get them banned. I'll be on this as soon as the site is back up. Don't know why this guy can't plague some other place, he must just love how awesome we all are. :P
