You'll have the most luck by exchanging Ukash for bitcoins from one of the exchangers on SR and then using bitcoins to buy weed. The escrow system is designed only for bitcoin, not ukash, and it will provide you with protection that you won't get if you do a direct transaction on this forum.

Edit: Removed the names of exchangers, one of whom (SumYunGai) stole money and is no longer a vendor on Silk Road.
