Alright so, i bought 3 500$ moneypak cards to exchange through Borneo, he did 2 of them then went MIA, sumyungai has a lot going on right now so i cant really go through him, and btcbuddy charges a 100$ fee on 500$
So i decided to just cash out and wait for cryptoxchange to open
HOWEVER paypal only lets you cash out 250 if your not verified...
so I tried to get moneypak verified, put in my social and everything all actual information
but i cant get my money out because i'm not 18 yet...
SO if i cant legitimately get my money out, how do people do it without an identity?
